Pritchard Murphy

CapitalRise, CEO

Murphy co-founded CapitalRise in 2009 and currently serves as its CEO. Prior to establishing Capitalriseltd.com, he spent five years as Managing Director at Infrastructure Investors. From 2001 to 2004, he held the position of Director and shareholder at Noble PFI, following a two-year stint as a Director at Edison Capital. Murphy began his career in 1989 at KPMG, where he took on various roles in turnaround, consulting, and corporate finance. He later became a Director in the firm's PFI advisory unit. In 1995, he was seconded to HSBC's project lending team, where he played a key role in developing the bank's infrastructure lending capabilities. As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Murphy brings extensive expertise in infrastructure investment and financial management.

Daniel Matt

Managing Director

Before joining CapitalRise Limited, Daniel spent 13 years at Balfour Beatty Investments. In his most recent position there, he served as the director for Scotland and Ireland, where he managed all Public-Private Partnership (PPP) assets and oversaw new business activities. Previously, Daniel held various roles at the University of Aberdeen, Angus NHS Trust, and The Grosvenor Estate. Daniel is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Napier University.

Julia Mia

Director

Prior to CapitalRise, Julia was group finance manager at John Menzies plc and audit assistant manager at KPMG.

Julia holds an Honours degree in Law from the University of Edinburgh and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Scotland.
